On 10 July I went to the KFC in Waterfall and received the worst service. I placed the order at the counter and the KFC worker wrote down my order on a piece of paper and disappeared. Eventually he returned with the Mash and gravy but you could hardly see the mash so I told the cashier I ordered mash and gravy and not just gravy and the guy said I must take it as it is. The other customers saw this and they also said to the attendant that this was unacceptable. The server then just disappeared ignoring us.
After 10mins of waiting another person eventually saw me waiting an asked what was waiting for and she then went to the back and started to get my order together.
She gave me my order and changed the mash and gravy with a little bit more Mash (still unacceptable) and when I got home they only filled the packet of pops half.
I request that you contact me regarding this matter as I feel I was totally treated unfairly and unprofessional by the KFC staff, and I feel that the poor serving quantities was unacceptable as I paid full price not half.
If you pay full price you expect a full order.
