On the 3 January 2014, a friend and went to Fratelli after 7pm for dinner, my pasta was cooked like rubber which made me ill after I had 2 bites and I requested white sauce and there was none in my meal, when called the manager, he offered me a coffee and said he thinks the pasta is just made find. I went for a meal and not something to drink; he said that he couldn't do anything about my meal. I frequently go there and didn't experience any problems in the past, but on the 03 Jan was my most dreadful experience and they refused to fix my meal and just wanted me to have a complimentary coffee. I still paid for the meal and left. Will never go there again.
