First of all as we were walking to our seat following our waiter another waiter bumped me out of the way, pushing me into my girlfriend who might I say is 12 weeks pregnant so thank you for that...!!! Then we ordered our food (Oh and another bumped a man in the passage to nearly fall on me GREAT guys 5 star service...) and we recieve our bill after the waiter forgot to bring it... noticing that there is the wrong prices on which added an extra few rand, I decided i was going to go to the front desk so that I can sort it out but only to be more dissapointed!!!
I waited 10 minutes in the queue which was okay because in that time I decided well I will pay the extra money its not that bad... But after eventually getting infront after a long wait another waiter came shoved in infront of me and the lady at the till helped him first... I mean REALLY can't you guys see how you treating your customers???
This is not the first time something like this has happened here! This used to be a great and best restaurant but is turning into poop by bad staff... Really sad!!!
