Went in to spur in jabulani mall and was greeted by Lesego. I placed my order which was the breakfast special. The food came in and the chips looked like last night chips that were just heated and served to me. My waitress said the food was on special n couldn't understand why I was complaining. The laid back attitude I received was disgusting as no one seemed to care about my issues. There was no sense of urgency at all. Finally the floor manager Tshepo came after waiting for over 30 mins and said that they will make me a fresh plate with this grin on his face like it was all a joke. After my threat to go to hello peter the kitchen manager Mlungisi came in and apologized. Mlungisi humbled himself down and calmed the situation and for that I was grateful but still angry that I had to cause a scene before I got good service. Mtobisi the store manager was called and nodded his head while I spoke without saying anything. I am disappointed and saddened by this whole situation. I will never go there again and will surely let my friends and family know about this incident!
