I went personally to debonair to place an order at about 15h50 to be delivered at my work place which is literally 10min away. i got a call from debonair at about 16h38 that they have my pizza. I'm working shift work and i was on shift by then... i went back at about 5h20 to collect my pizza for free because it was late and the manager gave me attitude along with her stuff. I'm very disappointed with such services because i also called the call centre which didn't assist me with anything. the stuff didn't even have name tags on even the manager. H-17h20 nothing was done i still didn't have my food and im still not happy with their worst ever bad customer service. the store actually gave me numbers to call no one could help me, why do the stuff have superiors if they cant do anything also?
