Lets start with a few small, but exciting compliments_ The venue is amazing, the atmosphere that is created by the natural surrounding is amazing. The waiters are friendly and seem to make the best with what they have. BUT!!! a number of times now, we have been there only to be disappointed due to the fact that they were out of stock of many basic soft drinks up to their signature T-bone, there is always something "we do not have sir". On one occasion we requested to speak to the manager and instead the waiter was sent back to us with some half hearted excuse. I am not sure who the manager is but have a suspicion it's the gentleman who "floats" around half asleep. I hereby plea to the person "in charge" to set this straight as its such an great place to meet friends for a great time.
