Shocking. I order a pizza and am told it will take 40min to deliver (I stay less than 1km away). More than a hour passes and I still have no pizza. So I call the shop and ask them what is happening and they tell me that my pizza is waiting for the driver to come back so it can be delivered (so this is now more than 20min after the fact already). They then proceed to tell me that my pizza will be fresh and hot. Now I can understand that it will most likely be hot but I can tell you now that it most certainly is NOT FRESH as it has been standing there for ages. I am thoroughly disappointed, this is the most pathetic service I have had so far and what makes it even worse is that there isnt so much as even an apology for this lack in service. Terribly disappointed, if only there were a Butlers Pizza around.
