I placed an order 4 2small pizza (order 521). Almost an hour later they haven't started with my order yet the cashiers are calling out order 540... Only when I wanted 2collect, did they begin with the order.
However I requested for the manager on duty he briefly explained the reason for the delay and apologised for the inconvenience. He promised 2have my order ready in 4minutes which he delivered on, not only that but also included a complimentary small pizza as a sign of apology for the lack of efficiency and effectiveness by his staff. Honestly speaking his professionalism, understanding and the manner he responded immediately to assist was unbelievable and is probably the only reason I'll ever make another purchase again at Romans Pizza Atteridgeville because this was the second incident where his staff skip customers' orders. His intervention is highly appreciated and I feel he is doing an amazing job in resolving customer complaints. And the lady who was calling out the orders and trying 2get my order done... Thank you for your patience. Word of advice... Learn 2do it right the first time. Once again I praise the manager on duty today-he really was the difference
