Bad service

Hi

Im not happy with the service at the laudium kfc I was there on saturday only two cashiers running and there was a line going outside a busy franchise like this should have all the cashiers at work not two cashiers running the place and two weeks ago at the drive tru I placed and order I did not see the order as I had the baby in my hand as I got home took out everything and noticed they did not put the kids twister inside in which I had to drive from home back to kfc for the meal from an excellent service to a poor serive is bad the drive tru and inside needs to speed up the process
