Went to Mcd's Seapoint drive through on Thursday night, I placed my order at 22:50 and received my food at 23:45. When I got to the window to pay I was once again asked what my order was and when I asked what the hold up was, the cashier gave me so much attitude saying " I should just wait in line'. Came to the collection window and once again the guy did not know what my order was and I had to for the third time repeat my order. Now that was not even the worst part. Once I pulled over in sea point main road to eat< my cool drink was warm and had no gas< my burger was cold and the chips tasted like it had been standing for a few hours. Now the pathetic service I was willing to over look but the pathetic service and the terrible meal just makes me livered. I will never go to McDonalds in Seapoint again and will encourage all my friends and family not to buy there either. Oh and i received no serviettes. don't you guys value your customers?!?!
