Manager blames "machine" for evident incompetence

I was served chicken that was not properly cleaned, complained to the waiter who was super friendly. So the manager-Jaco comes to my table and unapologeticaly tells me that I should expect to eat chicken with feathers still on it because it is pre-packed by a machine. This is disgusting and shocking to say the least. No apology given by Jaco.
