Poor Service Level

I am very disappointed with the level of service received from this shop. I have bought 4 items on the 4/11/2013 and I was advised that my order will take up 72 hours to confirm delivery up to 2 weeks to receive my goods. To my surprise, yesterday I have received an sms from Deliveries Division confirming my delivery. When I open the link on the sms, I saw that they were going to deliver 1 item only. I then called deliveries and spoke to Hendrick who also confirmed that they have only received 1 order from the branch and he advised me to ask the branch to call him back and confirm the order number. When I called the branch I was advised that the Branch Manager is not in the office and I will have to wait for her. I then spoke to Credit Manager who was also not willing to help and also passing the Buck saying that he did not help me with the sale and he's doing me a favour by assisting me. My Sales Person Lineath is giving me wrong information and I don't know what to do anymore to get a simple order number and give it to deliveries so that they can deliver my goods. Kindly escalate to highest level or transfer me to the branch that is willing to help me.
