Placed order by phone at 19:45
order placed was a chicken and mushroom sub and a chicken tikka pizza
phoned store at 20:41 to check on the status of order, was told that drivers are running a bit late and to please bare with them.
order was at my door at 21:04 when looking at slip we see its not what we ordered, when store was contacted, i was put through the person who took the order, he tells me that he tried calling me but there was no call or miss call on my phone, he tells me that he took it upon himself to then change my order which contains meats that is not eaten by myself and my family due to religious beliefs, meats that is not even allowed in our home, but I get told that there is nothing that can be done and that it can be sorted out in the morning cause all the drivers have now gone home, i called 1 minute after the driver left my house, i paid for food that had to be thrown out of my house cause it was not suppose to be in my house and the food was cold... this happens to be the 3rd incident that I had with the store, and I had to explain to my 4 year old son why we just had to throw the food we just bought away.
