First you get to kfc to wait more than 10 mins before you get served, you then wait again with no other customers for old food, hard chicken, no tomato in the wrap and a burger with all the contents thrown randomly in the box, you complain about just the burger to the manager and after not even getting a sorry, he treats it like we did something wrong, worst service, disgusting last weeks chicken and no apology after complaining!!!
