Having been to the Pirate's Arms many times, we went to have our usual fish and chips - their specialty. Firstly, they got one of our orders wrong, but we overlooked that as a minor mistake. But then when I cut open my fish batter, the most awful smell came out it made me gag. When we complained to the waiter, his response was 'oh do you want me to take it back to the kitchen? ' Did he expect me to eat fish that clearly off?! We received a cursory apology by a supervisor, paid for our drinks only and left. It was a total disaster but the worst part was their nonchalant attitude. Sadly we will never be going there again!
