Awful smelly fish

I ordered a fish burger & chips and a calamari wrap today from Fishaways at Goldman Crossing.

I took a bite of the burger and the smell I got was disgusting.
The fish smelt awful. The fish was either bad or not cooked properly.

I called the store and spoke to the manager Mbongweni and he told me that all their fish is grilled from frozen and there cannot be anything wrong with their products.

I do not agree with his statement as I received stinky/uncooked fish which was delivered to me from his store.

Although I have only taken 2 bites of the burger the manager told me that he cannot refund me as I have already eaten from it.

We normally order take out very often from this branch, but I must say that I will never eat fishaways again.

Disgusting service.
