I visited the KFC in Belhar and purchased a meal which came with a soda. I requested no ice and the assistant brought me a soda with ice. This she corrected when I informed her that I do not want ice. I pop-ed in a straw in the soda cup but before exiting the store I discovered that the soda looked pretty empty. I returned to the counter where I was informed that the machine is set so even with or with out ice I should receive 500ml of soda. Chris the manager then filled another cup from the soda fountain and clearly my cup had considerably less soda than the cup he just poured. I contacted the area manager Andre would confirmed that the machine should fill 500ml of soda with or with out ice. The manager Chris then filled another cup which also filled the new cup to a much larger quantity than I had received. The assistant who served me then had the nerve to say I drank of the soda just because she saw me pop a straw into the soda cup. Don't they get learned that you do not insult the client in front of him and in front of other clients. Have they never heard about defamation of character I guess not. How can KFC rob us so blatantly of our money. I will never buy from them again.
