Being seated without being greeted and communicated to is probably the norm so I shall continue to what made me decide to not support any panarottis franchise again. After being seated and receiving our pizzas (which were really good) the speakers were turned to a volume of a dance club and the speakers were blaring. After a couple of minutes I asked the lady cleaning the table next to us to please put it softer as I understand it is Madibas memorial, but the speakers were giving off an irritating noise. I am in a restaurant! Waiting for her return I saw her at the till talking to a college and laughing (so much she was falling over the counter) looking towards my table. Never returning. Our waitress returned and explained why the speakers starting going beserk whereby I then complained about the staff laughing in my face. Well nothing was done after that. Such a shame, very good pizza but I would'nt waste my time again. Train your staff to put the customer first and get them to look professional! As well as when they standing around doing nothing and staring at customers. Surely Panarottis aims at above average customer service and if so, you have a long way to go.
