I would like to bring to your attention extremely poor service received at your Bruma McDonald's today. On arrival at the counter to try and place my order I was amazed at how disorganized the lines were! In fact there was such a mess that everyone standing around me was complaining that they had been standing in the line whilst other people were simply being served from the side. Eventually at 13h53 I managed to place my order and paid my R50 for a Medium MC East meal. I then stood back and after 10 min of no eye contact or no discussion from a single member of McDonald's staff I approached the counter to ask where my meal was?
To my total amazement and utter disgust I asked for a manager and a lady sitting working on her computer at a patrons table was singled out to me. I went over to her and said I was not happy and she said "oh Sir I am sorry to hear that" I of course told her I was an extremely unhappy customer and again she could not respond and certainly did not make me feel like I was being taken care of!
