Shocking customer service

I went to Primi Piatti
Had 2ciders & a flatbread to share with a friend. I was paying for 2ciders a total of R42
I gave my card &paid. Walked away trusting the waiter & the establishments that it was trustworthy.
Upon looking at my slip I was charged R120 for two hunters dry.
I called the next day, explained this, was passed around to 4different managers one even had the audacity to say she was not trained to deal with this.
I called 4th time & spoke to Andrew. He wanted to do further research. Go through slips with billing department. Get his story straight. I told him where I sat, the date of the transaction, the codes etc. He said he didn't have time to go through thousands of slips from night before. He will pass this over to headoffice tomorrow because they are closed. I asked how does he treat his customers & he responded 'very well'.I spent a good few hours trying to get help, my money back compensation for a horrid experience. Andrew spoke to me in such a condescending manner as though i were a. I was so mortified I had to leave my office to calm down. If it were my restaurant I would refund my customer & give complimentary meals for a YEAR! thats how disgusted I am!
