My partner and I decided to try the wimpy at value centre Springfield, this was the worst decision ever. After being sat down by a rude and disinterested host. It took 10 minutes before we could be served by londeka, who did not even greet us, she just left the menus on our. table and waited for a response. I overlooked this and requested a breakfast and coffee. It took another 15 minutes for the coffee to arrive and the restaurant was only half full. 45 minutes later and my breakfast had not arrived. The supervisor Vuyiswa was not interested in my compliant and decided to blame it on the floor supervisor. I subsequently cancelled the order and paid for the coffee only. Londeka did not come to my table once after the coffee arrived to inform us of the progress of our breakfast Thank you very much for this pathetic service. I will certainly not be using ANY wimpy again.
