The last box of Canderel sachets I bought contain about 5% empty or half full sachets. Considering that these cost around 70c each this is completely unacceptable. I have tried to email these guys at the email addresses provided on their web site and no reply. This is an issue for the Dept Trade & Industries to investigate since it is a on consumers. There is legislation that governs the allowable mass of product to its stated mass on packaging. They are looking for their product to be audited on the shelves in stores and recalled. You'd think that would worry them. It seems not.
