Horrible service received and bad food quality

My friends and I went to Fishaways at the Gateway Food Court on the 04th April 2013 @12:29. We bought 5 meals and were only given 2 sachets of tomatoe sauce and NO tartare sauce. When we went back and asked for tartare sauce, Sindi advised us that we had to buy the extra sauce at R6 each. We told Sindi that we never received the tartare sauce at all and that we had bought 5 meals. Sindi began to argue and ask us in a tone " Then how many sachets do you want! " We told Sindi that we bought 5 meals so surely we should get 5 sachets of tartare sauce, Sindi then gave us only 3 sachets of tartare sauce for 5 meals!
We didnt argue any further as we were hungry and just went back with the few sachets we were "allowed" to have.
We did not enjoy the meal at all, the deep fried calamari had a very strange taste, as if the batter or oil used was old. I personally then found a strand of hair in my medium hake fillet. We didnt bother going back to complain to Sindi.
This was a horrible lunch experience for us.
I dont understand why we have to endure such bad service when we are spending our hard earned money and people like Sindi behave as if they are doing us a favour.
