1) Ordered meal for 12, mostly kids and was only given 8 sachets of tomato sauce. When we req for more sauce, we were told that according to Co. policy they are not allowed to. Spoke with the manager who re-iterated the Co.policy but gave us 2 more sachets. Really pathetic. 2) 2nd experience, Placed order at drive thru, when I got home, got a veg burger instead of streetwise 2. Kids were hungry so called the manager who said I had to come back to the store. I was really upset cos kids were hungry & bothered &I now had to drag them along with me back to the store. The manager said the order was mistakenly swapped around, So that means there's another unhappy customer who is a vegetarian but ended up with my streetwise 2. 3rd encounter, purchased meals including 3 cokes. Cooldrink machine was making unusual sounds but Cashier ignored the sounds & proceeded to fill the cups of coke, got home & inspected the coke & noticed it had an unusual deep black colour, looked more syrupy and was flat and extremely sweet. Thank one of your diabetic customers did not drink this coke and fortunately I tasted it b4 giving to the kids. Really disappointing service.
