Exceptional Service

I often pen my many disappointments and frustrations at poor levels of customer service nationwide and also try and balance the equation with positives ones which are few and far in between. But this compliment is very deserving. I had a very ugly altercation with a Debonairs employee last night and I immediately called their call centre to complain about the bad service. A gentleman by the name of Nkululelo then said that "the store owner will get back to you within 24 to 48hours". I said to myself if only he knew that by then I would have written my report on hellopeter. That's how angry I was. Voice Nkomo whom I believe is the store manager then phoned me after 30mins or so. The guy did all the right things, asked the right questions and most importantly listened and then apologised. He then asked me if the lady I had a beef with can contact me later to apologise and I said yes. She did contact me and I have forgiven her. But it is Mr. Nkomo's intervention which really impressed me Well done Sir. We need more Voice's in this fragile customer service industry of ours. Thanks you Sir.
