FAILURE TO REFUND CLIENT

I HAVE BEEN TO WIMPY @ SUNCOAST ON 02 DECEMBER 2013 @ 09.38.HAD A MEAL, WENT TO PAY.CASHIER SWIPED MY CARD @ 10.31 AND SAYS IT ISN'T GOING THROUGH, HOWEVER I DID RECEIVE AN SMS NOTIFYING ME THAT THE MONEY HAS GONE OFF, WHICH WAS SHOWN TO THEM.THEY STILL INSISTED THAT THE MONEY DIDN'T GO THROUGH AND IF IT DID I WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS.SO WE PAID CASH FOR THE MEAL.WE WERE TOLD THAT THE OWNER/MANAGER WILL CALL US WITHIN THAT TIME TO CONFIRM THE REFUND HAS BEEN DONE... TODAY IS THE 11/12/2013.NO CALL FROM ANYONE, NO REFUND...
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE... WE WERE GIVEN TWO NUMBERS, ONE FOR A LADY -PENNY - 0737321846 AND THE OTHER PRISCILLA- 0788457757... THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE MANAGER AND OWNER, NO CALLS WHATSOEVER... I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO USE THAT WIMPY OR IF YOU DO BE MORE DIRECT AND DEMAND A REFUND IMMEDIATELY..DON'T TAKE SOMEONE'S WORD THAT THEY WILL SORT THE ISSUE OUT... IT JUST SHOWS HOW LITTLE FAITH WE CAN HAVE IN A PERSON'S WORD NOWADAYS.TRUELY SAD... TO THE OWNER OF WIMPY SUNCOAST... YOU NEED TO CHECK HOW MANY OTHER CLIENTS HAVE BEN RIPPED OFF BY YOUR STAFF/MANAGEMENT WITH THIS SIMILIAR ISSUE... DISGUSTED PATRON... AMOUNT: R131.00.
