Myself and my husband had the misfortune of thinking that all Spur's are excellent. On the 28th of November 2013 we went to the Spur in the Kolonade. I had the Chicken and Beef Schnitzel combo and my husband had the ribs and wings all you can eat combo. My Chicken was raw and upon sending it back it took over 40min for my supper to be sent back to me, cooked now. But by that time my beef was also cooked again and somewhat resembled rubber now. My husband waited for 34min between his first and second plate of food. When complaining to one of the snr managers, Nicky, he said we could come back on the 8th of Dec for Sunday carvery on the house. And that he would call me at the latest on 6th to confirm with me. No call yet. I don't know if I will ever go and eat there again. And most certainly I will never give a good report of this Spur. I am shocked!
