I ordered take food for delivery on Sunday 1 Nov.
Firstly, the food was late (waited 45 min).
Secondly the Avo and Feta twister looked horrible. The wrap was torn in pieces, food everywhere, wrap burned and ice cold. The other twister was perfect. Thus, the avo twister left the store is such a state.
On Monday I lodged a complaint on KFC's website and have still not received any feedback!
