Rude Manage

I ordered my usual meal over the phone as I always do. The person who was helping me was apologetic because the system was giving her a problem. which was fine by i did nt have any issue with that. but she told me to come and collect my order. so I went to collect my food and do nt know if the order was not ready or not there. When the manager come to sort it it out he was addressing me as if I m saying I did nt make the order in the first plaice. no apologies what so ever, he was just being RUDE to me. I m not happy at all with his customer service
