Bad Service & Disgusting Attitude from the Owne

My girlfriend's and I often go out for sushi and dim sum, therefore, we know what to expect. Our orders took forever to come out, came out at different times and some of the orders were wrong. My friend's prawn dim sum tasted like a mixture of chicken and some other meat that she couldn't identify, but it definitely wasn't prawn. She couldn't eat it and sent it back. We had to repeat our dim sum order 3 times within the space of 10 minutes. Only after bringing half of the dim sum portions she said that there was only one vegetarian left, which we ordered 2 of. At this point, I had had enough and called the manager and explained my frustrations. The OWNER, Nicky, then came and rudely said that the waitress had told us what was going on and that she had heard that my friend didn't like the prawn dim sum. No apology, condescending tone and treated us as though she was paying us to be there. Her attitude towards us was appalling. We were all so taken a back that we couldn't find the words to answer her. For the rest of our time there, which wasn't long, the OWNER Nicky, kept giving us dirty looks. We will never visit Yume again and I'll do my utmost to prevent others from going.
