This morning I got myself a combo deal The Get Real Burger and Chips at Steers to my shock when I saw my patty I couldn't even call it that it was so small never in my life have I seen a patty so small. I was shocked and went back to them saying that I am not happy. The lady assisting me was like a parrot just repeating herself and not listening to my complaint not once did she try to turn this bad experience into something that could've ended differently. Then some guy already worked up said that I paid for what I get almost to say do you think you will get a normal patty for that price R23.90 his name Jimmy Whealer with the most pathetic client service ever. Not once did they apologise and said for R20 more you could get a Lovely burger instead they lost a loyal client as I will never support steers again. So disappointed in the service I received today at steers its shocking.
