Order was wrong and the lady refused to call the driver back to

Order telephonically at 13:07 frm steers and not only did the order come late n dry food bt the order was wrong with extra cheeses which we never said we wanted.we called back the store were the lady who picked up the fone said we should call the driver ourselves n tell him to bring back the R20 that was extra. the manager apologiesed n said the driver will return. 2 hours later still waiting mind u we r just 1 block away
