My boyfriend and I went to spur for lunch in Sunningdale. Odered two double burgers. While eating we came across some sort of metal brissles all over our patties. Figured out it was from the brush they use to clean the grill with. I was put off by it. Everytime we cut a piece off, we had to double check that we don't get a piece of brissels in it. I actually stopped eating and asked for the bill. We spoke to the waitress and as well as the manager that was on duty at the time, and they both said, "I'm sorry", "thanks for understanding". Not even did we get a discount or food on the house. We couldn't eat it, so they scored. When the bill came, I had a look at it and they charged me for a Large fanta, I didn't even drink a large fanta. Again, the waitress said "I'm sorry". I think its just. We deserve a vouche
