Underhanded sales techniques is skimming extras off customers... Order details: 3 x "double or nothing" burgers... Ended up being charged for an ADDTIONAL 6 slices of cheese at R5 per slice when it was not expressly asked for... devious sales talk got them to put the extras on top of what was already advertised and I was told categorically that I agreed to it! To add insult to injury, when I got home to unpack the meal I found to my amazement only an additoinal 1 slice of cheese per burger!!! - Double rip off more like it!!! Photo evidence of the meal and invoice are available for viewing... proof why I havent bought steers in 4 Years!!! I want answers! What urged me to complain is another gentleman at the same store was charged an additional R7 for a milkshake he wanted swapped for a soft drink on a combo meal... he was told it can be swapped but was NOT told it would cost him another R7!!
