Poor customer skills

Yesterday my boyfriend and I visited KFC Daveyton Mall. There we stood in a long queue wen it was our turn to place an order we were told dat da POS machine was nt working. We then left to make an withdrawal at a bank. Upon returning to the outlet having to wait in the queue again. We asked a lady by the name Letty why was there no signage informing people that the POS terminal was not working. She replied that da POS was working fine she then, ask a rude lady by the name Nthabiseng the same 1 who to us to log on at da cashier where da POS was working. Abruptly refused and started to back chat. Letty on the other hand had to go to the cashier an help us. Please teach Nthabiseng customer care handling skills such people bring ur organization down at the same breath I wud like to applaud Letty for going the extra mile helping us.
