Last Night i purchased a Box master from my neighborhood KFC. I arrived home to find that the quality of the zinger patty was beyond inedible. The patty was rock hard meaning that its been in storage for days. The Store did not provide me with a slip for the purchase. This is really not good service seeing that they are representing the KFC brand. Is this a case of a franchise being in Soweto so they need to sell C-grade food? I am extremely dissapointed and i request that something be done. Note that the store also gets orders wrong. I felt that they were still new and adjusting but it seems that has also become a trend.
Hoping for a prompt and positive response.
