Spur Steak Ranches
Cold, Soggy and Oil Oozing Sea Food... Yuck!

I went out with my cousin and son yesterday to eat at Spur since we are on a red meat and chicken - less diet. We ordered the Sea Food Combo. Before then we ordered the Tonic & Lemonade.

First of all the Tonic & Lemonade was more lemonade than tonic as opposed to the usual. And when the food came, I have never been this disappointed in my life as a patron of spur. The calamari was just fried in oil and onions and rubbery and tasteless. They were not glazed as usual. The fish was oozing oil and as for the prawn ---- Oh what a disappointment. I even told the waitron, Silas, that he should tell the chef that no compliments at all as the food was just ugly. I spent R340 of just nothing. I took a doggy bag and gave the food to a beggar at the Corner Embankment & Lenchen. I knew I wouldn't eat that food.

So so Unimpressed, spur!
