I have to say the service is pathetic! Ever since i started ordering from burger perfect it took them at least an hour or more to deliver less than 1km away. This was brought to the co-owners attention and she were very apologetic... to no avail. Today i ordered for the second time in more that six months from them... expecting a little better service... hahaha. 1Hour and 20mins later i had to phone the owner again, reporting the VERY pathetic and slow service... cancelling my order! Now your staff phone me to apologise, yet arguing with me that i phoned later as said??? 1HOUR AND 20 MINUTES!!! Your service is pathetic. OH, have to run... the food i ordered 25mins ago after cancelling yours have arrived
