I was really disapppointed at the service i got at southgate macd.this always happens at their drive through but today was the last straw. First thing i noticed there was a rather long queue of cars bt that didnt really bother.wat upset me is that after i had paid.the lady who was assisting me talked to her colleghes about her work problems & i had to wait for the conversation to end.when i asked where my juice is.she said with an attitude that she wil giv me juice with my ice cream.i work with clients everyday & i knw how customers must be treated.i really think macdonald sougate is the worst...
