My family and I visited the Hillcrest KFC branch this afternoon, 4th of May. We ordered a one piece meal, a krusher and an orange juice. According to the lady at the window, they were "out of stock" and "the promotion is over" for the one piece meal. Their Krusher machine was on "heat-mode" so no krushers were available. She then gave us litchi juice instead of orange juice, and when we asked for orange juice (again) she said they were out of stock. The items that were out of stock were still advertised as if they were available. They also allowed a WALKING group of people to use the drive through. This is unacceptable, a drive through is called a drive through because it is there for the use of cars and for people with limited time. If items are advertised as if available, the client waits in the drive through line with your order in mind only to reach the window and receive slow service together with the news that your right as consumer has been undermined. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this branch.
