Bad service and food

Ate here on Sunday and had to wait 45 mins for an order since placing it . when placing the order which was the chicken and steak combo, I requested for both combos to have a quarter breast piece, the waiter refused and said you cannot have that for the combo, but later while waiting I see it is possible to select a breast portion so I call the waiter who then checks with the manager and changes it, which was already 15minutes into waiting, when the meals arrive another half and hour later the steak was ice cold, and the chicken we ordered was made in BBQ opposed to the ordered peri-peri
