I went to KFC East Rand Mall (In the parking lot, not the one inside East rand mall) across the road from the Merc company and across the road from Dent doctor) I only wanted to buy 4 wings, but literally stood there for 20 minutes without being helped, it was only myself and another guy inside and a family sitting down eating. the counter was left alone for about 5 - 7 minutes and then when she eventually arrived back she took the mans order, he took a family meal (8 Piece) there was no chicken and she shouted "Chicken", and then turned around to wait for the chicken, instead of assisting me while she wait she just turned around and started singing... I eventually left, I don't even think she noticed I was gone. I think her name was Kgomotso, not sure, couldn't see her name plate clearly. cant complain about the service cause there isn't any. I was really upset, i didn't even buy the wings. Was really not happy...
