Most dissapointing restaurant in PE

Unfortunately the most disappointing restaurant I have ever eaten at. I visited this less than standard restaurant on Wednesday, to list what created one of the most irritating and terrible experiences; our starters and mains in one way or another did not come with what it stated on the menu and frankly had absolutely no finesse! Our waitress took over 20 minutes to check on us, our drinks were never refilled and then with no manager present, all the KIDS (waiters and bar tenders) sat at a booth to sit on their phones and chat. Even waving our hands in the air could not get their attention and when I interrupted for them to do their jobs they rolled their eyes. I called through on Thursday morning to speak to a Manager, being in the restaurant industry ourselves this is what probably irritated me the most. As I asked to speak to the manager I am interrogated as to where I sat, how many there was of us, demographics as well as what we drank and ate??? Interrogated not asked! Then could I only continue. The manager simply said all he could do was apologise and look into it. To which I have received no answer or formal apology which means nothing was done. Service like this
