Must say that KFC in Canal Walk is disgusting in their food & service, this is an on going problem with them, we complained by management but still no improvement. most times we would buy a street wise 2, in Hout Bay the staff there would give us whatever potions we wanted no questions asked. here most of the girls take a Leg and thigh everytime I had to fight with a manager on duty, they want to give a thigh and wing. we even complained to the head manager there all was said that next time we come she will organise what portions we want, when I went there again I had to argue with the manager on dutie and idian looking girl. who told me I am the only one with a problem she in no handled my complain professional instead gave me a very bad attitude.
they never smile when they greet u thus me not giving an extra R2 towards the hungry foundation.
& worse today I order me a Tower Burger meal the lettuce on my buger tasted old my chips was not probally fried the coke was flat I thru it away a R50 wasted where as I could have gone to MC Donalds & got way better meal, it disgusting and they in a pose place like Canal Walk, this matter needs to be responded on
