I work next door to KFC in Pinetown and we park into their parking... for days now, the drain has been overflowing and greasy disgusting matters have been spurting onto the road at the entrance of the parking and down the pavement where we have to walk to go to work. We also have to go pass a corner of the parking where KFC use it as their rubbish corner and off food and the rest is deposited there attracting rats and the lot...
I found it totally disgusting that KFC authorise some of their branches to be ran so poorly... the hygiene around the outlet is repulsive.
We have phone the person incharge of that outlet and they maintain it's not their doing... but looking at what comes out of that drain there's not much doubt about it... and even if it's not theirs, in my mind it's their duty to make sure that the customers feel like eating in their place but honestly it is far from being a pleasant experience for customers to go through that before eating... and it makes you wonder what type of hygiene is in the shop...
All we expect from a franchise like KFC is to make sure that their outlet are being run in a decent way regarding hygiene.
