I inquired to Ingwe Guest Lodge for a rather large booking that would mean filling up their lodge for 3 separate weekends (not during high or peak season) and the person responding to the mail (whoever they may be as they could not even be bothered to give me their name) responded in the most rude and unprofessional manner I have EVER encountered! Clearly these people do not want to be in business and they would rather be empty than have a guest lodge full of people during non-peak times!
