We had dinner at Spur last night or tried to at least. The restaurant looks old with dirty windows and floors. The waiters are unprofessional and just stand around without greeting or even just acknowledging guests. Our food took forever to arrive and when it did it was ice cold. I got a garlic sauce that look like jelly!! My boyfriend asked for a side order of avo with his meal, only to be served a whole uncut rotten avo on a side plate!! We refused to pay for our meal and left after a very insincere apology from the manager, who didn't seem to be able to really handle the situation. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to Brackenfell Spur ever again and will be spreading the word about our terrible experience.
