NOT THE 1ST NOT THE 2ND BUT THIRDS TIME PATHETIC

I CALLED THE GATEWAY STORE AROUND 12.10PM AND I SPOKE TO A LADY BY THE NAME OF PRICILLA. I TOLD HER I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER AND I WILL FETCH IT BY 12.45PM. SHE SAID SHE WILL HAVE THE ORDER READY AND I MUST FETCH IT FROM NTOMBI. I GO TO THE STORE AT 1.00 AND THERE WAS A LONG LINE IN WHICH I WAITED. I FINALLY GET TO NTOMBI AND I TOLD HER I CAME TO FETCH MY ORDER THAT WAS "SUPPOSE TO BE READY " SHE CASHES UP AND WHEN I ASKED HER WHERE IS THE ORDER SHE SAYS THEY ARE ONLY PACKING IT NOW. I WAITED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND BY NOW THE TIME WAS GOING ON TO 1.20 AND MY BREAKS ENDS AT 1.30. WHEN I FINALLY GET THE ORDER I SEE THAT A PACK OF ZINGER WINGS WAS NOT THERE. I ASKED NTOBI WHERE IT WAS THEN SHE ASKED ANOTHER LADY TO GET IT. WHEN THAT LADY GIVES ME THE WINGS SHE JUST THROWS IT IN MY HAND. IM SO DISGUSTED WITH THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF ITS SO SHOCKING AND PATHETIC.I CAN ONLY IMAGINE IF I WAS THE "MYSTERY SHOPPER" I WOULD HAVE FAILED THEM IN AN INSTANT.I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE OR WOULD I EVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE
