Initially I thought not having to place my order in store would be better in terms of I place it get there pay collect and leave not too much interaction but its not, u place an order online give them not 15 but 20 minutes get there and they hav no clue you placed an order they tell you the cashiers did not check! EXCUSE ME . I for one am not 1 to complain but no man this is not on. FIX IT!
