Friday 01st of November. Looked forward to tasting the new Filla pizza from Debonairs. Went to the Cape Road Branch & ordered the mexican filla. However got home, had my first slice & nearly retched. The meat on the pizza tasted so off I had to throw the rest of this pizza away. This was my first experience with Debonairs Pizza as I have always been a Scooters & St Elmo's fan as I am a very fussy eater. I should have known better after the filthy state that the store was in at that time when I was waiting for my food.
I definately will not be returning to this store or even bother phoning the store to complain but will definately not be returning or reccommending this franchise!!! Why should the client complain online when you have management structures & health and safety protocols i place to prevent such incidents? Or are these even in place at Debonairs?
